3) How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to operate our business:

  •
  • Payment processors: Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, PayPal (and card networks where applicable) to securely process payments and manage refunds/disputes; these processors may perform fraud screening and identity/eligibility checks.
  •
  • Logistics & delivery partners (couriers) to deliver orders and manage returns.
  •
  • Cloud hosting, email, and IT providers to run the Site and communicate with you.
  •
  • Fraud prevention and security tools to protect customers and systems.
  •
  • Authorities or other parties where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or business transfer.

4) Payments (Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, PayPal)

  •
  • Stripe: Stripe processes your payment details and may collect device/risk data (e.g., 3D Secure checks) to prevent fraud. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. We receive payment confirmation and limited details needed for fulfillment and support.
  •
  • Tabby / Tamara (BNPL): If you choose a buy-now-pay-later option, the provider assesses eligibility and manages your installment plan under its own terms and privacy policy. We share only the data necessary to assess and complete your purchase (order details, contact/delivery info, and anti-fraud signals).
  •
  • PayPal: PayPal handles your payment under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation and limited details required to fulfill your order and provide support.

5) Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, keep you signed in, remember your cart, and analyze traffic. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may impact functionality. We may use privacy-aware analytics to understand usage (pages visited, time on site) and improve performance.

  • Contract — to provide products/services you request (fulfilling an order).
  •
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Site, prevent fraud, improve services, and conduct limited direct marketing where permitted.

8) Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously work to improve protections.

9) Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfilling orders, handling returns/warranty, complying with legal and tax obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. We then delete or anonymize the data.
