1) Where we ship

We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us.

2) Order processing times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Sun–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  •  
  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff or during peak periods may ship the next business day.
  •  
  • Fraud checks or address verification may add time.

3) Estimated delivery times

  • UAE: 1–2 business days
  •  
  • Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain: 3–5 business days

Estimates begin when your order is handed to the courier. Remote areas, severe weather, customs inspections, or peak season may extend timelines.

4) Shipping fees

  • Real-time shipping rates and any promotions (e.g., free shipping offers) are shown at checkout.
  •  
  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or if the return is due to our error (see Return & Refund Policy).

5) Cash on Delivery (COD) — UAE only

  •  
  • COD is available within the UAE only. Please have the exact amount ready at delivery.
  •  
  • You must be reachable at the provided phone number/address for courier coordination.
  •  
  • Approved refunds for COD orders are issued as DALENZA store credit (see Return & Refund Policy).

6) Tracking & delivery

  • You’ll receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships.
  •  
  • Couriers may call/WhatsApp to arrange delivery. Missed attempts may be re-scheduled.
  •  
  • Split shipments: To speed delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
  •  
  • Delivery windows are estimates provided by the courier and may vary by area.

7) Addresses, P.O. Boxes & changes

  • Please provide a complete street address and active phone number. Couriers generally do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  •  
  • Address changes are possible before dispatch; after dispatch, requests are handled case-by-case with the courier and may delay delivery.

8) Customs, duties & taxes (GCC outside UAE)

  •  
  • For shipments outside the UAE, import duties, taxes, and clearance fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  •  
  • Customs processing may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.

9) Undeliverable or refused shipments

  •  
  • If a shipment is refused, repeatedly uncontactable, or undeliverable due to incomplete/incorrect address, it may be returned to us.
  •  
  • Once received, we can reship (additional shipping fees may apply) or process a refund per our Return & Refund Policy. Original shipping fees and any return-to-sender charges may be deducted unless the issue was our fault.

10) Loss or damage in transit

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if anything is missing or damaged.
  •  
  • We will open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

11) Pre-orders & backorders

  •  
  • Items marked as pre-order/backorder will ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. The rest of your order may ship separately.
  •  
  • Estimated availability dates are provided on the product page and may change due to supplier or logistics factors.
