Welcome to Dalenza.com (the “Site”) owned by Dalila Lifestyle Trading LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases you make from Dalenza.com. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Site. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2) Accounts & security

• You may create an account to checkout faster and track orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

• Please notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach.

3) Orders & acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock limits, suspicious activity, or pricing errors).
•  
• We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation or by shipping the items. We may cancel all or part of an order and will refund any amount charged for unfulfilled items.

4) Pricing, taxes & currency

• Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Obvious errors may be corrected.
•  
• UAE: Prices generally include applicable VAT (currently 5% unless stated otherwise).
        Other GCC countries: Import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
•  
• Our default currency is AED unless a different currency is shown or selected on the Site. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates/fees.

5) Payments

• We accept card payments via Stripe and alternative payments via Tabby, Tamara, and PayPal.
•  
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in the UAE only. You agree to have the exact amount ready upon delivery and to be reachable at the provided phone number/address for courier coordination.
•  
• BNPL (Tabby/Tamara): If you use buy-now-pay-later, the provider will assess eligibility and manage installments, late fees, and collections under its own terms. We are not the lender and are not responsible for the provider’s decisions or charges.
•  
• We may use fraud screening and 3D Secure checks. Orders may be declined or cancelled if payment is not authorized or if fraud risk is detected.
•  
• Refunds for COD orders: Per our Return & Refund Policy, approved refunds for COD payments are issued as DALENZA store credit.

6) Shipping & delivery

•  
• We ship to the GCC: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and courier.
•  
• Title and risk transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
•  
• Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur return shipping or re-delivery fees.

7) Returns & refunds

Our returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. In brief: we offer a 15-day change-of-mind window for unopened items, hygiene rules for personal-care products, and full remedies for incorrect/damaged/defective items. Please review the policy for details and steps.

8) Product info & availability

• We aim to display accurate descriptions, ingredients, and images, but minor variations may occur (e.g., packaging updates from manufacturers).
•  
• Stock is limited and subject to availability. We may discontinue or recall products at any time.

9) Promotions, coupons & gift cards

• Promos and coupons are subject to their stated terms (eligibility, time limits, one-per-order rules, etc.). We may cancel or modify promotions at any time.
•  
• Gift cards and store credit are non-returnable and non-refundable except as required by law.

10) Intellectual property

• All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product images, design, software) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law.
•  
• You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent.

11) Reviews & user content

• If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content on the Site and in our marketing, in connection with the Site and our products.

• You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any rights or contain harmful or misleading material.

12) Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (d) use bots or scraping tools without permission; (e) post or transmit malicious code; (f) infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; (g) misuse promotions or payment methods.

13) Disclaimers

• General: The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• Health & personal-care: Product information is provided for general purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice. Always read labels, warnings, and directions provided with the product and consult a qualified professional if needed.

14) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DALENZA and its owners, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

16) Governing law & disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Consumer-mandatory rules of your country of residence may also apply where required.
•  
• Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts (UAE), unless another forum is required by mandatory consumer law.

17) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to future orders and use of the Site after the updated effective date. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

18) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement.
•  
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases.
